DIVINE YOUTH DAY & YOUTH RETREATS AT DCC
“How can young people keep their way pure? By guarding it according to your word†(Ps. 119:9).
Divine Call Centre, Mulki, celebrated “Divine Youth Day†on Saturday 02nd June, 2012. Many youth had gathered on that day and adored the Holy Triune God and sought blessings from the Almighty God. Special prayers were offered for all the members of the “Divine Youth†association during the Holy Eucharistic Celebration and also during the Eucharistic Adoration. Many people had gathered on that day as it was a day of retreat for us at Divine Call Centre.
This year we conducted two special youth retreats. The first one was held from 20th May to 25th May, 2012, in Konkani. The other one was held from 27th May to 01st June, 2012 in English. There was a good response from the youth for both the retreats. Both the retreats became a wonderful spiritual experience for all those who attended them. Youth from all many places especially from Mumbai, Goa and Mangalore attended in large numbers in these retreats. Some of them expressed their happiness and said, “This was the best part of our vacation during this summer.†The others said, “We will definitely come back to Divine Call Centre with our relatives, friends and family members.†Divine Call Centre prays for God’s blessing upon all of them and a great future ahead in their life.
