healing, anointing of the Holy Spirit, confessions, adoration, Holy Eucharist, full of action songs, various activities like Group Work shop, quiz, and some religious movies and so on. All the children who attended the retreat were very happy and their faces were radiating with joy. There were children from various parishes such as Mulki, Mangalore, Piusnagar, Brahmavar, Honnavar, Katpadi, Hospet, Thokur, Kulur, Bajpe, Kinnigoli, Kirem, Balkunje, Suratkal, Naravi, Gurpur-Kaikamba, etc. Some of the parishes took lots of efforts to send the children even by arranging special vehicle for them. We are really grateful to all the parishes and parish priests who encouraged the children to attend such a retreat and made timely announcements in their parishes. DCC also thanks all the volunteers and all other people who contributed generously towards the success of this retreat in their own way.
