SVD NEW PRIESTS AT DCC
Four newly ordained SVD priests, Fr. Francline Machado SVD, Fr. Lloyd Fernandes SVD, Fr. Naveen Prashanth Pinto SVD, and Fr. Niran Veigas SVD celebrated their First Holy Eucharist at Divine Call Centre, Mulki on Saturday, 11th May, 2013. They were ordained as priests in the vineyard of the Lord by Most Rev. Archbp. Leo Cornelio SVD (Bhopal) on 03 May, 2013 at St. Patrick Church, Siddakatte.
It was indeed a moment of great blessing, joy and celebration for us all as they offered their First Holy Eucharist at DCC, Mulki. Fr. Francline Machado SVD hails from Mudarangadi Parish,Udupi, Fr. Lloyd Fernandes SVD from Shirva Parish, Udupi, Fr. Naveen Prashanth Pinto SVD from Siddakatte Parish, Mangalore, and Fr. Niran Veigas SVD from Thokur Parish, Mangalore. While Fr. Francline Machado SVD has been appointed to India Mumbai Province (INM), Fr. Lloyd Fernandes SVD is appointed to foreign mission (Hungary – HUN), Fr. Naveen Prashanth Pinto SVD is appointed to India East Province (INE) and Fr. Niran Veigas SVD (who served as a deacon here) is appointed to Russian Province (RUS).
Divine Call Centre wishes them all the best and God’s blessings upon them as they
work for the Kingdom of God in the vineyard of the Lord.
Fr. Vijay Cabral SVD, was ordained on 11th April, 2013, by Bp. Gerald Isaac Lobo (Udupi Diocese). He had celebrated a Holy Mass in the month of April soon after his ordination at Divine Call Centre, Mulki. He hails from Shirva Parish (Udupi diocese). He will be working in Mexican Province (MEX). DCC wishes him all the best and God’s choicest blessings upon him and his mission in the foreign land.
